I finally got around to editing the video we shot when R.T. Taylor came to visit ZFx several years ago. When I worked at Image West in Hollywood, Robert Abel's studio was in the next block up on Highland Ave. We used to run into the Abel people at Jenny's snacks, a little diner literally in the alley behind both companies. R.T.'s childhood memories jive somewhat with mine, and it was a lot of fun sitting down with him and reliving our past experiences. I apologize for the lousy audio, these days you just put a big ugly microphone in front of everybody, but hey, it was before that became the norm. I hope you enjoy our reliving how we got started doing animation back in the dark ages!
